Visit by curators from the United Arab Emirates

In October and November 2019, a group of curators from the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland and Switzerland visited the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah) and Pakistan (Karachi and Lahore). The orientation trip organized by the Mondriaan Fund consisted of visits to museums, institutions, galleries, artist-in-residences, ateliers, collectors and local key figures in the various cities. As a follow-up, a group of curators from the United Arab Emirates will visit institutions and meet art professionals in the Netherlands. The visit is organized in collaboration with the Embassy of the Netherlands in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates).
