For some grants, a declaration of consent of invited or participating parties is obligatory or optional. If this is the case, this is stated in the explanation of the relevant grant.
The declaration of consent can be submitted as an email or a letter, and must clearly state that the partner(s) and/or artist(s) agree to the application being submitted to the Mondriaan Fund.
An example declaration of consent:
For organisations collaborating with other organisations:
Dear
[Name of invited or participating party] hereby consents to the application for [title of project] being submitted to the Mondriaan Fund.

For organisations collaborating with individuals (e.g. artists, writers, curators, art observers):
Dear
On behalf of [applying party], I hereby confirm that [name of artist] is aware that the application for [title of project] is being submitted to the Mondriaan Fund and consents to the financial agreements.
