Has your institution’s collection not yet been digitised, or do you have a plan to (further) digitise your heritage collection? Perhaps the open call for Digitising Heritage will offer a solution.
For whom?
Museums, archives and other collection-managing heritage institutions with a public function in the Netherlands and the Caribbean part of the Kingdom, for whom digitization of collections was not yet possible or to a lesser extent.
What for?
A contribution can be requested for digitising heritage collections or improving the data quality of digital heritage collections, so that they can be made available to the public. A development contribution can also be requested for drawing up a plan to digitise heritage collection(s).
Applicants can use the tools and knowledge available within the Digital Heritage Network.
How much?
In the case of a plan, the amount of the contribution is determined per application and is a maximum of 70% of the variable project costs.
The maximum contribution for a development contribution is €15.000.
Deadline
The deadline for applications for the open call for Digitising Heritage is October 3, 2024, before 4 p.m. (Netherlands time zone) / 10 a.m. (Caribbean time zone).
