The 60th edition of the Venice Biennale opens to the public on Saturday 20 April 2024. The Mondriaan Fund is responsible for the Dutch entry. This edition, the Congolese artist collective Cercle d’Art des Travailleurs de Plantation Congolaise (CATPC) will represent the Netherlands in collaboration with artist Renzo Martens and curator Hicham Khalidi. In the run-up to the 60th biennial, the Mondriaan Fund, in collaboration with De Balie, is therefore organizing a special preview of the joint plan during which Eelco van der Lingen (director Mondriaan Fund), the artists and the curator will delve deeper into the story behind it.
