The 60th edition of the Venice Biennale will open to the general public on Saturday, April 20, 2024. The Mondriaan Fund will receive a limited number of tickets from the biennale organisation for the preview days (April 17-19) in the Arsenale and Giardini. The official opening of the Rietveld Pavilion will take place on Wednesday, April 17 at 4:00 PM (time subject to change). We are happy to distribute these tickets among professionals from the Dutch visual art sector. We haven’t received any information about how many tickets the Mondriaan Fund can distribute.
Professionals from the Dutch art sector who want to qualify for an entrance ticket for the preview days can register below using the form. There are a limited number of tickets available per organisation. Are you interested in entrance tickets? Please submit your details using the form below. Deadline is Thursday 15 February before 5 p.m..
In February, shortly after we’ve been informed by the biennale organisation how many tickets we will receive, we will make a selection and you will receive a message whether your request has been honored or not. Unfortunately, we cannot respond earlier. There is no point in calling or emailing us because we will not receive a definitive answer from the biennale organisation sooner. The tickets are strictly personal and, if honored, will be emailed to you in April 2024.
The Mondriaan Fund itself distributes the limited number of accessible tickets. The collective diversity of invitees plays a role in this distribution.
Professionals such as chairmen, directors and curators representing cultural institutions can also accredit themselves directly with the biennial organization from the beginning of February 2024. See for more information: labiennale.org.
If you are a journalist, register from the beginning of February 2024 via the biennial organization for a press card. See for more information: labiennale.org.
