She holds a Mag. Art Research Degree in Art History from Aarhus University (2008), and a BA in Art History from AU (2005). From 2014-2017 she was head curator of Röda Sten Konsthall, Göteborg, Sweden where she organized numerous solo- and group exhibitions focusing particularly on topics such as politics of democracy and the role of the artists in the age of the Anthropocene. Solo-exhibitions include Julian Rosefeldt: Asylum (2017) Hanne Nielsen and Birgit Johnsen: Protect/Release (2017), Pinar Yoldas: The Warm, the Cool and the Cat (2016), IC-98: Tides of Time (2016), Carlos Motta: For Democracy There Must be Love (2015), Ylva Ogland: Diverse Variations of Other Spaces (2014). Recent group exhibitions include: WE ARE THE REMIX (2017) – an international video exhibition exploring the shaping of cultural identity through the interplays between sound, music and image, and including works by Jeremy Deller, Nástio Mosquito, Rachel Maclean, Carsten Höller and Korakrit Arunondandchai and Surfacing Earth (2016) – addressing the changing landscapes of the Anthropocene including artist Rosa Barba, Ursula Biemann and Paulo Tavares, Tiril Hasselknippe, Marie Kølbæk Iversen and Yasuaki Onishi.
