Constanze Müller studied Visual Arts and Pedagogics at the University of Leipzig. She works as curator, art mediator and teacher. She is co-founder and director of D21 Art Space Leipzig, an association for international contemporary art.
As curator she has organised multiple exhibitions, festivals, symposia or film programs on society-related topics. As art mediator she worked on several projects dealing with social-politsical issues as well as interdisciplinary and participative art practices. She is also very committed to cultural political processes. Since 2010 she is speaker for artists, curators, educators and non-profit organisations within the board of Leipzig+Kultur, a cultural political association, that represents independent cultural institutions.
