NART is a cultural platform founded in 2015 which facilitates international residencies, art exhibitions, talks and educational workshops. It is located in Narva city on the Estonian-Russian border on the historical Kreenholm site.
Rannula has her BA from the Netherlands, Maastricht University College and later she graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts with an MA in urban studies. She has also studied in Tokyo, St. Petersburg and Lisbon, and had internships in Venice and Bucharest. Rannula was previously the head and project manager of exhibitions and events at the Tallinn City Museum, where she was involved, for example, with Photo Museum’s project called “Isolation Dialogues” and the creation of a new concept for the Tallinn Russian Museum.
