During her tenure, she has introduced artists such as Brice Dellsperger, Iván Argote, Hoda Tawakol, Theresa Weber or James Gregory Atkinson in first institutional solo exhibitions in Germany, collaborating on numerous site-specific productions and exhibitions with international artists and institutions. Under her leadership, Dortmunder Kunstverein was honored with the ADKV/Art Cologne Prize in 2023, recognizing it as the best Kunstverein in Germany and celebrating its innovative programming. Rebekka studied Cultural Studies at the universities of Regensburg and Clermont-Ferrand, as well as Fine Arts at erg, Brussels, and the HFBK Hamburg. Prior to her role at Dortmunder Kunstverein, she gained experience at institutions such as Kunsthalle Portikus in Frankfurt am Main, Bonner Kunstverein, and Kunstverein Harburger Bahnhof in Hamburg. As an independent curator, she also initiated and managed various projects both in Germany and internationally.
