Sandra Patron has been the director of Mrac Occitanie in Sérignan since 2014, where she has curated solo exhibitions of Simon Starling, Lubaina Himid, Mariana Castillo Deball, Neil Beloufa, Ulla Von Brandenburg, and Pierre Leguillon among others. She is actually vice-president of airdemidi, the regional network of contemporary art in Occitanie, and in 2018 she was part of the jury who selected the artist for the French Pavilion 2019 (Laure Prouvost). From 2013 to 2015 she was President of d.c.a – the national network of French art centers and from 2012 to 2015 she was a member of the acquisition committee of National Contemporary Art Fund (FNAC). From 2007 to 2014, she has held the art centre Le Parc Saint Léger where she has developed an intensive residency and production program within the region of Burgundy. From 1999 to 2014, she has runned the residency program Triangle France settled at Friche Belle de Mai in Marseille, where she has developed a program of international residencies in Barcelona (Hangar), London (Gasworks) and Hamburg (Künstlerhaus). Apart from these positions, she has curated some free-lance exhibitions, like in CAC, Vilnius, Lituania, CentrePasquart in Biel, Switzerland or Red District, Los Angeles.
